Terms & Conditions

The house rules for playing at Gdaybet. Please read them — they apply the moment you open an account.

LAST UPDATED 10 AUGUST 2026 VERSION 2.0

1Opening your account

  • You need to be 18 or over to play at Gdaybet.
  • One account per person — no exceptions.
  • Your bank account doesn't have to be in your own name — you can use someone else's account, as long as the details you give us are correct.
  • Everything is in Australian dollars: your balance, your deposits and your withdrawals.
  • We'll text you a verification code when you register, when you reset a forgotten password, and whenever you change it.

2Making a deposit

  • Deposits come in by bank transfer, starting at $10.
  • Upload your transfer receipt and our team verifies it before the money hits your balance — usually inside 5 minutes, though your bank's screening can stretch that out.
  • The transfer has to come from a bank account in your own name.

3Making a withdrawal

  • Withdraw from $50 up to $10,000 per request.
  • Every withdrawal is reviewed by a real person before it's paid.
  • Claimed a bonus? Its turnover has to be met before the funds can leave.

4Your payout account

  • You get one change to your saved bank account. After that it locks, and only our team can unlock it — that's what keeps your money safe if someone else gets into your account.
  • Our staff will never type your bank details in for you. They unlock the field; you enter the new details yourself.
  • Whenever those details change, withdrawals pause for 24 hours.

5Bonuses and turnover

  • New players get 60% on their first deposit and 50% on their second, up to $300 each.
  • Every bonus carries a turnover requirement — you wager a multiple of it before the funds can be withdrawn. The exact figure is on screen before you claim.
  • Prefer it simple? Choose No Bonus and your deposit only needs to be played through once (1x turnover) before you withdraw.
  • Bonuses are for genuine play. Duplicate accounts, or any arrangement built to clear turnover without real risk, voids the bonus.

6Games and providers

Every game on Gdaybet is supplied by a licensed third-party provider, and each result is generated on that provider's own systems — not ours. Should a round be interrupted by a lost connection, it will be settled according to the rules of the provider running that game.

7Why an account gets frozen

New accounts freeze automatically when our system sees that the same device already has one. It's how we stop one person running several accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.

If this has happened to you by mistake — perhaps you share a device with someone else in the household — let us know and we'll review it. Members who are still logged in can reach us through the Live Chat button on any page, 24 hours a day. If the freeze has locked you out of your account, message us on Telegram and we'll pick it up from there.

8Suspending or closing an account

We may freeze or close an account for any of the following:

  • More than one account belonging to the same person.
  • Details that don't match the account holder, or that we can't verify.
  • Money moving to or from a third party.
  • Anything unlawful, or abuse of a bonus.
  • Or any other reason at the sole discretion of Gdaybet.

If we do freeze an account, we'll explain why when you ask — and your own money remains yours.

9Resolving a problem

If something isn't right, bring it to our team first — the vast majority of issues are resolved within minutes. Members who are logged in can open the Live Chat button on any page at any hour of the day. If your account is frozen and you can't log in, reach us on Telegram instead.

Should the outcome not sit right with you, simply ask for the matter to be escalated and a second review will be carried out.

10Changes to terms

We update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
